The diagram illustrates how is collected the rainwater from houses in an Australian town and use it as drinking water. Overall, the rainwater which collected from the houses it can be use as drinking water after processed by filtering and then tread with chemicals to make it fit and ready for drinking. Initially, the rainwater which falls on the rooftop it is collected by the gutter, and then runs down the pipe from the side of the house to the underground at the drain. Each house in the Australian town collect the rainwater in the same way. The rainwater goes from the drain to the water filter and then the rainwater passed through the water filter to remove any impurities. Once it has been filtered it goes to the underground at the storage tank. From this step the rainwater passed into the pipe from the storage to the water treatment to tread it with chemicals to make it fit, after tread it the rainwater is ready to go back to the houses and can be use it for daily consumption.
