The maps provide information about what the status of Bangor town was in 2018 and how it is going to be enhanced in 2028. Overall, it can clearly be seen that there has been a significant change in Bangor town’s structure from a rural area to a residential area. The church and the forest are planned to be demolished, whereas restaurant and some independent shops will be replaced. Looking at the first map for more details, it is evident that there was a church on the Northeast of the town. Below the church, that was the situation of a lake, which community center was located next by. The large forest was situated in the Southeast of the town, which was under the lake and the center. On the Southwest, a cafe was taken place between the train station on the left and the forest on the right. To the West, there were three small shops, namely butchers, bakery and grocers. To the Northwest, it was location of a restaurant and a hotel above it. Turning to the second map, it can be seen that the town is in the process to develop. The church, which was on the Northeast, will be demolished to have more space in order to build many houses. Furthermore, although the lake will be remained unchanged, the community center has been converted to a cinema with smaller size. The forest is planned to reduces and shops, fast food restaurant and travel agents are going to be built next to the forest. Train station and café in the Southwest will be kept at the same place as they were. Independent shops are arranged to be replaced and regained by a bigger supermarket. On the Northwest, the hotel is resembled the last situation. However, the restaurant will be divided into a two smaller buildings for the purpose of constructing café and car park.
