In the revolution of technology, the Internet has become indispensable with every person. Due to its benefits, people can use it for many reasons to help them to deal with problems. For me, I always use the Internet for study. Recently I’m preparing for the English test to get a degree, so I have to use the Internet for searching for vocabulary, some exam tips from the previous text takers or online teachers, and watching short English videos. . . It takes me about at least 6 hours a day for this purpose, but it is really working because my English has improved so much. I think this is quite useful and costless. But studying for a long time makes me feel exhausted, that’s why I will use the Internet for entertainment either. I love playing games on the Internet, but this won’t distract me from the study purpose because I spent a very little time on it, about 30 minutes to approximately 1 hours a day. I think it helps me refresh my mind, reduce my anxiety and abate the stress from studying. Sometimes, I like to listen to music on the Internet. The Internet has data on the statistics of various music from many different countries that helps us more conveniently in searching for a song when we’re hesitant about what to hear. And the last convenience on using the Internet is the social apps that give us lots of news everyday and we can chat through it too. I spent so much time on those social apps, but most of the time was chatting with my friends. I spent just about less than 30 minutes reading the news and the trending of the day. Long story short, in my perspective, the Internet plays a vital role in people's lives nowaday, because it provides us with many conveniences that help our work become easier.
