In terms of meal, sodium and saturated fat are mostly consumed at dinner at 43% and 37% respectively. In contrast, only 23% of added sugar being eaten at dinner. For snacks, added sugar is mostly consum in the snacks time at about 42% and only 21% and 14% saturated fat and sodium are eaten during the snacks. During lunch, nearly one-third of sodium is consumed in lunch whereas, nearly one-fourth and one-fifth of saturated fat and added sugar is being eaten in lunch. About 15% of all nutrients are being intake at breakfast.
