Overall, it is clear that Feixstone underwent a dramatic transformation over the period, becoming noticeably green and more built. One change that stands out was that there has been a significant redeveloped over the period. The shops in the east of high street were replaced with a new complex of apartments. The farmland was demolished and the surrounding area was redeveloped with hotel, a swimming pool and with tennis courts. Another noticeable change was that near the hotel constructed to the south of the golf course, was developed a car park. The pier that led to the sea was removed, although the dunes, the café, the golf course the shops and the hotel were still there.
