The two maps depict the main changes that have taken place in Grange Park, an Arnold Avenue, between the year 1920 and today. In general, it appears that Grange Park has become much more recreational with far more places for concerts, and cafes and playing areas. Another important development is replacing one of the rose gardens and seats in the park center. As for the city centre, it has been converted into seats only area where you can also look at a lovely view of garden. There used to be a stage for musicians to the west of the park center, but it was demolished to make way for an amphitheatre for concerts. It is also noticeable that a glasshouse was knocked down and there is built a water feature to the south-east of the park. Regarding a pond of water plants and rose garden in the north-east of park, it were replaced by children's play area and cafe. There is also the rose garden in the north-west of park, it has experienced no change. Finally, another important development is the introduction of entrance underground car park in the corner to south- east of the park.
