Overall, the smallest slice of the chart was insurance, while the biggest segment comprised teachers' salaries. With regard to insurance, in the year 1981, it accounted for 2%. However, in the subsequent years, it had a growth of 1% and 6% respectively. What is more, it accounted for the smallest expenditure of the schools. In terms of "other workers' salaries", the slice became smaller in 1991 and 2001, so that it made up 22% and 15% respectively. For the rest of the spendings, there were fluctuations. Hence, expenditures on resources constituted 15% in 1981, in the following year, it increased by 5% and then decreased by 11%. Teachers' salaries made up the biggest expense of chart in each year. Nevertheless, it fluctuated and was 40%, 50% and 45% regarding the years. Additionally, expenses on furniture and equipment experienced fluctuations as well. It was 15%, 5% and 23% in each year respectively.
