benefits and drawbacks of dietary supplements

benefits and drawbacks of dietary supplements VyDl6
Over the past decade, much of heated debate has been revolving around the benefits and drawbacks of dietary supplements. Some supporters claim that these nutrition tables help bodies function better, while some critics argue that these pills are hazardous to bodies in the long run. In my humble opinion, I have a firm conviction that these supplements are considered as a double-edged sword as explained with example follows: On the one hand, dietary supplements are widely believed to boost bodies to function more effectively owning to the fact that varieties of vitamin and minerals in a pill enrich the bodies performances like levels of hormones or that of nerve agents. Therefore, the supplements cloud be seen as a remedy complex to improve and revitalize functions of bodies. Vitamin B, for example, is studied to have properties in enhancing the working process of nerves in the brain, thereby aiding the brain to function more productively. On the other hand, dietary supplements are suspected to cause some ailments if they are taken without doctor’s prescriptions, in that consumers tend to overdose them, so the nutrition in the capsules accumulates and causes serious sicknesses like excessive vitamin C leading to terrible diarrhea. Therefore, these kinds of nutrients are viewed as syntactic products. So, will they be safe if they are taken daily a they are labelled on their bottle? In summation, although dietary supplements present obvious benefits, they are pose apparent drawbacks. Consequently, I undoubtedly affirm that they are six of one and haft a dozen of the other, and recommend that the modern generation should be aware of their pros and cons before intake.
