The table gives an overview of weather in two cities of Australia on an annually basics especially; January, April, July and October. Overall, it is obvious that Brisbane is much hotter and has more rainy days than Melbourne over the whole period. Regarding with summer, first of all, the most noticeable feature is that the temperature reaches the peak in January in both with 29 degree Celsius and 26 degree Celsius respectively. Furthermore, the coolest month in Brisbane is July with 11 degree Celsius; similarly, it is also the lowest average temperature in Melbourne by 4 degree Celsius. What stands out here is that in the remaining two months (April and October) the climates are nearly the same in Brisbane and Melbourne. Alternatively, we can see that the peak of mean rainfall of the year are January and April which has 169mm and 86mm in Brisbane as well as April and October in Melbourne, contributing 57mm and 67mm respectively. Although Brisbane is wetter than Melbourne, Melbourne has 15 rainy days in July whereas 14 days in Brisbane in January. Finally, another interesting point is that the raining time in Brisbane never drops than 8 days compared with 7 days in Melbourne.
