In 1981, the figure for Amusement parks stood at 7. 50 million, which is approximately three times as many as the number of people who visited The Rijksmuseum. This is followed by the National Aquatics Centre and The British Museum, with respective figures being 3. 85 and 2. 98 million. Thereafter, the number of people who visited the Amusement parks decreased to 6. 8 million in 1991 but later went up slightly to 7. 01 million in 2001.
