As it was shown in the table in the year 2000 65% rated statisfied with technical quality while a gentle fall in the year was seen with a minimal difference of 21% but the spontaneous fluctuation has been observed in ranking when 87% of the learners were satisfied in 2000 while, it increase and decrease in the following year with the 89 and 88 % respectively.
Moving to the rest of the detail, a drastic increase in ranking of electronic resources with the ratio of 45% in 2000 with tend to incline in the year 2005 with 72% and 88% after 5 years. Range of the modules effect was observed is grading at 27% in 2010 but in the previous year it stood 32% in 2000. Whereas the ranking of same decline by 30% or 2% during the year 2005 conversely the teaching facility was the one where contrast ranking was given by learners in the year 2005 and 2010 with 77%. In an overview electronic resources were on the top of the list with the highest ranking but on the opposite side the least satisfied learners give preference to range of the modules offered.
