Overall, it is clear that people of Ireland used the most cell phones, while people of Columbia owned the least mobile phones. Besides, the majority of French only used personal computers compared to using cell phones. It is all too easy to see that Ireland had 900 per 1000 people who used cell phones in 2003, which was the highest, whereas the number of people of Columbia using cell phones were the lowest, at only 50 per 1000 people. The figures for those who owned cell phones in Malaysia and New Zealand were 550 and 250 respectively. Meanwhile, the numbers of cell phones in Mexico and France were the same, at 100. However, France had the most personal computer users (720 people), followed by Ireland with 400 people. At the same time, the corresponding figures for Malaysia and Mexico were 350 and 300, and the number of personal computers in Columbia and New Zealand was equally both 100 people.
