Between 1992 and 1995 a slight increase was experienced in both male and female groups. However, numbers were different; for instance, about 75000 graduates were males, and 115000 consisted of females. However, after 1995 to 2000 a smooth drop has occurred in the trend, it is remarkable to announce that the male's trend in this period was mainly sideway with fluctuation between 7000 to 75000 meanwhile statics dropped to 11000 for females. By 2001, the number of graduates had been reached to 75000 for males, and 115000 for females and that specific date can be named as an era for a new trend.
