-In 2000, technical quality, resources of print and electronic was the lead in terms of proportion of China students' positive rating, which was counted 63%, 87%, and 45% respectively. Technical qualities remained unchanged in the range of 63% in the following 5 years, prior to increasing slightly by 6% in the last period. Subsequently, Print resources witnessing a dramatic decline from 95% to 91% in 2005 and 2010. 70% was the proportion of good feedbacks of learners for the electronic resources in 2005, followed by 89% in the last term. With regards to the data of student's ratings, 33% and 75% was the proportion of range of modules offered and infrastructure and teaching types of equipment in 2000. In the next 5-year, the range of modules offered which it experienced moderately decreased to 26% at this level towards the end of the period.
