Concerning the staff number, there is no big difference between the first 4 companies from 56 to 76 member, except for the fifth company which has 190 member. The gender varies from company to company, as we can see that women are more than men in the first and the fourth company, and in the contrary on the third company which we see that men are more than women, and there is an evenness between the two genders in both the second and the fifth company. The age factor is the same in every company which the younger staff are in. The staff turnover varies from 5% to 18% in all the fourth companies except for the fifth company which has a turnover percentage of 33%. Concerning the staff income, the three first companies have high staff income varies from 34% to 76% while the fourth and the fifth company have income of 2% to 5%
