The two floor plans show the adjustments made on the ground floor of an office between 2010 and 2016. Over the six years period, the office has faced significant changes especially for the offices for workers, as we can see the capacity of the rooms in 2010 were just 50 people, while in 2016 as the offices got enlarged 25 more people are welcomed. Moreover, on the left side of the office area, the kitchen and staff lounge got replaced by a meeting room, while the bathroom has remained the same. Further on, after the wall that divides the office area from the stairs and lifts a new room is added to place the electronic database. Another wall is set to separate the area from the entrance, that is located on the west of the ground floor where the reception desk has been moved on the left side of the entrance to give more space to the seating.
