To commence with, in 2003 the percentage of skilled workers was less than 50 in the all sectors and in 2004 the difficulty of finding skilled workers percentage was 41% of commerce. Further, the percentage was similar of services and building sector to finding skilled workers. Then, percentage of unskilled workers in 2003 was above 20% in building, commerce, and service sectors. The highest percentage of manufacturing sector with 26. In 2004 the percentage of unskilled workers was 19 in commerce sector and in building was 23. In 2003, the percentage of technical and managerial staff in commerce sector and service was less than 5 and in building sector was 14%. After that, in 2004 the difficulty was 10% in building sector and in the commerce sector difficulty was nill.
