The given table demonstrates the preferences of 400 economy class passengers in two age groups about in-flight specific features in 2002. Overall, the participants have high demand in the physical comfort and customer service during the flight. According to female travelers, movies appeared to be of low importance since merely 10 of the younger and 4 of women aged over 45 placed it first. Following are the meals and drinks which obtained 26 ratings of between 25-45 years old and 32 ratings of above 45 years old females. Service and seat/leg room were the most important features with 34 of the younger and 30 of the elder in the former and 30 and 35 choosing the latter. Turning to men, 39 out of 100 aged 25-45 rated seat/leg room to be the most vital, rising to 46 of the older men. Attendant service was the second highest important features with the corresponding data being 27 and 26. The in-flight food supply rating of male was less than that of females, with 20 in the younger and 24 in the elder. Lastly, entertainment was also less important with 28 out of 100 males picking it
