The first phase of making coffee involves collecting the coffee beans follows by a dehydration process in which farmers must dehydrate the beans under the sunlight by placing them on the ground. The next step is roasting the dried coffee beans in the roasting machine. After the completion of roasting, the coffee beans should be cooled very quickly then it is ground to powder.
To prepare coffee powder for sale, it should be mixed with hot water and strain the mixture before freezing in the fridge. The coffee powder is ground and dehydrated one more time but they use a vacuum machine for dehydration in this round. The final step is bagging the ready to use coffee powder into jars and sending it out to supermarkets and shops.
