The table shows the percentage of women participating in senior management positions on 3 different companies in a range of 40 years.
Firstly, in 1975 the company Eldan LTD had only 3% of women in senior management positions, and five years later remained the same, but in years to come the percentage raised considerably, ending up in 2015 with the highest percentage between the three companies.
On the other side, Bamforth LTD started with 9% in 1975, rising its numbers constantly throughout the years, increasing the percentage in a 35% in 40 years.
Finally, Finsbury LTD commenced in 1975 with the highest percentage between companies, being a 16%, but then in the next 10 years the company decreased the percentage of women participation in senior management positions in 1% and 2%. From 1990 onwards, it increased its percentage but still with low numbers, being the company with the least participation of women.
At first sight when looking at the table, you can see how women have been enhancing their participation in senior management positions on companies over the course of 40 years, between a 60% and a 10% depending on the company, which is consistent with the emergence of women as laboral force throughout the years.
