The tables below shows data about population at six countries in between 1965 and 2000 and also gives projection about 2050. In 1950, world populations were 2. 5 billions which increased to 6 billions in 2000. Projection showed that the number will reach at 9 billions in 2050. Asia became highest among all other countries in population which accounted 56%. It raised up to 60% in 2000. However, oceania had less than 1% of population in the year of 1959, 2000 and projection showed not any different in 2050. Further more, 22% of population accounted at Europe in 1950. It was decreased by the year 2000 and became 12%. Projection showed 7% of population in 2050. In addition, in1950, Latin america and North america had almost same percentages in population. It was 6% and 7% respectively. In the year 2000, the population jumped to 9% and projection said that it will remain same in 2050. Whereas, North america had only 5% of population in 2000 and projection showed 4% of population in 2050. Africa had 9% of population in 1950 and it was increased by 3% in 2000. Projection showed that 20% of population will account in 2050. Overall, Asia accounted more population in all of three years as compared to other countries.
