The bar chart illustrates some of the most reported issues among residents of seven different major cities in the UK in 2008. Units are measured in percentage. Overall, it can be clearly seen that health services is the most reported issue in all cities, with an exception for Glasgow and London, where education and training is the biggest problem. Nonetheless, its health services were still a major issue, following education and training closely. Furthermore, air pollution was not highly reported in 2008, in fact, far less than the other two issues. In terms of health services, there are more than 50% residents reporting the issue in Newcastle, Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, and Manchester. With almost 60% in Belfast, leading the chart followed by Cardiff. The approximate number also applies to education and training issues being reported in Glasgow, London, Belfast, Birmingham, and Cardiff. Regarding air pollution, it was not popularly reported by any of the residents. It can be seen from the chart that only less than 10% have reported the issue, except in Manchester and London, where it was reported by more than 10% of the population.
