It is clear that the main layout of the city hospital was almost unchanged. In contrast, there were significant changes noticeable in road junction, car park and bus stop over the 3 years. The location of the ring road around the city hospital was same between 2007 and 2010, but a car park was added to the east of the city hospital for public in 2010. In 2007, the car park was at right side of the hospital road, which was allowed for public and staff, while the public car park was separated in 2010. The position of major 3 roads across the hospital area remained unchanged from 2007 to 2010 though the cross junctions replaced with roundabout. In 2010, moreover, a bus station was built instead of bus stops, which were seen in 2007.
