The given tabular chart illustrates the information about cocao beans manufacturing in six areas from 1992 and 1998 and measures the quantity in tons.
Overall, it is clear that the production of cocao beans inclined in all parts except England and Africa. It can be seen that cultivation of cocao beans was less in North and central America than other regions.
To begin with, during 1992, the production of cocao beans was maximum in South America which accounted for 1, 43, 000 tons, only 29, 000 tons of production was made in Africa. The amount of production in England was 10, 000 tons more than North and central America. It is interesting to note that equal amount of cocao beans were cultivated by North and central America during first and last year.
Probing further, Africa experienced a rising trend till 1996 and manufacturing reached at 1, 19, 000 tons; however, in next two years, the production remained only a quarter. Surprisingly, production Africa, Asia and Oceania followed a increasing trend over time and reached at 4, 36, 000 tons, 76890 tons and 3, 89, 000 tons respectively up to 1998. There was 67, 000 tons of manufacturing in England during 1994 but in another 4 years it dropped by 18, 000 tons.
