THE TABLE/ Actual Vs Estimated house construction qRRLa
The table depicts the estimated and actual view in the UK by numbers of houses built in the UK by region in 2010.
Overall, the actual number was higher than the number of houses which were estimated built. Scotland was the only built-in true that was lower than estimated and lowest compared with the others.
The highest number of houses were constructed in Southern England, 51, 100 for the estimated and 77, 500 for the actual. London and Central England were almost doubled increasing, far exceeding the estimated (24, 800 and 8100 respectively), and dominated 2nd and 3rd place.
Following the same pattern, in the north of England, there was a slightly increasing just over 4000, with the marginally higher building than Central England but contrasting for actual. Northern Ireland and Wales were following the same trend, merely over 2000 but slightly better for Wales. Especially, Scotland was the only region to build the lowest number of houses at all.
