The above line graph illustrates the recycled materials namely, paper and carboard, glass containers, aluminuimin cans and plastics in a specific country in the year 1982 to 2010. Overall it is evident from the graph that paper and carboard have been recycled the most in the year 1990 about 80%. Aluminium is seen to have a gradual increase in the recycling rate up to 50%. Glass containers are seen to have a dip in the year 1986 and then seen to have an increase. In conclusion, plastics had the least recycling rate in the year 1986-2006 and paper and cardboard were recycled more as compared to the other three components.
