The presented data information reveals the three different levels of satisfaction that both genders of a city sports club evaluate their club’s activities, facilities and opeing hours. As is clearly observed, the proportion of “very satisfied” results of club facilities greatly overwhelms two other levels. While women are mostly pleasant with the opening hours, men tend to love the variety of activities because of a little dissatisfaction. In terms of types of activities, the percentage of female's evaluation account for 35% in both levels of contentment and approximately a third for “Not satisfied” option, which are nearly equal. In contrast, male members evaluate 55% and 40% in “very satisfied” and “satisfied”, respectively; they spend only 5% in non- satisfaction. Moving to club amenities, both genders dominated with just below 65% in the most pleasant level, but women’s less enjoyment was still around 5% higher than that of men. It is observed that females likely appreciate the opening hours for 72%, the highest data in the whole table. They also spend the lowest proportion, only 3% in disfavour, in this category. To be contradicted, the percentage of men without satisfaction is above a third, which is the largest rate in this level.
