Overall, the chart depicts the consumption of sodium, saturated fat and sugar is very harmful if we use it daily. To begin with, the consumption of sodium in meal rapidly increases sodium is used in dinner by just under a half(43%)in lunch also the use of sodium sharply increases by almost a third(29%)while in breakfast sodium is steady and also in snacks the sodium were constant as a minority(14%)as the consumption of sodium in all the meal is very harmful for the people whom live in the USA. In dinner the use of sodium is very high as compare to other meals. In other hand, the use of saturated fats rapidly rose in the breakfast by less than a fifth(16%)and in the dinner the usage of saturated fat is more than a third(37%). People use too much saturated fat in their snack and lunch also in lunch the saturated fat is used a quarter(26%)and in snack it is a fifth(21%). In addition, the use of sugar is the second most harmful nutrient for people because sugar is very dangerous substance for human body and in USA. It gradually increases in their snacks by two fifths(42%)and in the dinner it is a fifth(23%)but in lunch and breakfast it fluctuated where in breakfast is less than a fifth(16%)and the lucnch also same less than a fifth(16%). In comparison, the average percentage of sodium, saturated fats and sugar of consumption is very high and their percentage always increased in USA.
