Overall, it is evident that American, who were less than 25 years, had the least income and spending, whereas people belonging to the age group between 45 to 54 years earned the highest annual income and spent the most as compared to other age groups in 2013. To take an in-depth look, the most noticeable feature was that American teenagers consumed more money than earned, 2000 dollars higher than income. In contrast, Americans between 35 to 54 years earned around 80000 dollars annually and their expenditure cost was approximately 60000 dollars. Similarly, the adult group spent near about 11000 dollars less than their yearly earnings. Moving further, the income of people between 45 to 54 years and 55 to 64 years was nearly 75000 dollars and 55000 dollars respectively.
