Overall, there are 7 stages in manufacturing bricks, begins with digging clay and finishing with delivering.
To begin, at the first stage clay is dug from the ground. Then, clay is put through a metal gird and it passes onto a roller where it is mixed with sand and water. After that, the clay is shaped into bricks in two ways: either it is put in a mould, or a wire cutter is used. After the clay bricks are put to dry into drying oven for a one to two hours, the dried bricks are heated in a kiln at a moderate temperature (200-980 degrees Celsius) and then at a high temperature (870-1300 degrees Celsius). Once the bricks have been cooled in a cooling chamber in two or three days, they are packaged and then delivered to be sold in the market.
