The line graph demonstrates the information about the average number of scholars from Vietnam studying in three foreign countries: France, Russia, and The USA over a period of 15 years starting from 2000. From the graph, it is clear that there was a noticeable increase in the number of Vietnamese students who studied in France and the USA, the opposite was true for Russia. Also, the figure for America experienced the highest rise during the period. In 2000, the sum of scholars studying in France was highest at 3, 5 million students compared with only 3 million and 1. 5 million students in America and Russia's schools. From 2000 to 2005, the number of Vietnamese students studying in America saw a gradual rise as opposed to a slight drop of 1 million scholars in Russia and France. Over the next five years, the figures for France leveled off at 2, 5 million and then rose gradually to 4, 5 million in the year 2015. Meanwhile, there was a continuous fall to under 2 million in the number of Vietnamese students in Russia during this 5 years period before experiencing a slow increase to 2, 5 million students in 2015. At the same time, the number of Vietnamese students in America increased steadily and then hit the highest point at 5 million in 2015.
