In 1860, the number of homes increased to 200, which doubled that of homes in 1780. In addition, the spaces of farmland and woods were reduced in size. In the same year, a bridge over the river and a road linking the river and the residential area were constructed. In the year 2000, the number of homes rose rapidly to 500 homes while the spaces of agricultural land and woods completely disappeared. Many sports fields and schools, which were connected to residential area by another new road, were built in the area of the original woodland. Furthermore, several shops sprouted up on the bank of the river. A wetland for birds was also constructed in the south of the village.
