Over the course of 30 years, the village transformed from a vacation destination to a permanent town. Correspondingly, infrastructure and amenities improved, as did the town's ability to accommodate visitors.
In the year 1980, Seaville was indeed a tiny town with only a few tourists staying in houses or a small hotel. On the other hand, The East Bank was untouched. A marsh was from the east of the cottages, and woodland was to the north. Apart from the beach, the town only had a tea room for recreation.
By 2010, however, the village has already grown significantly. To the west of the major road, retirement villages had been constructed. The marsh had been cleared as well as the cottages had been destroyed in order to build houses. On East Bank, a high – hotel and holiday townhouses had been built to cater to visitors. A golf course had been constructed in place of the woodlands. On the west side of the river, a boat club had been constructed. To access the East Bank, a new infrastructure
