The maps compare alterations of the city in the year of 1995 and now. Overall, it can be seen that the city in the given period has industrialized, including the elimination of forest park and reconstructing fish market to apartments, due to the increasing number of population. From 1995 to present, while the figures for lengthening the east road in the result of residential houses in the north-west side of the city have risen, farmland and forest park converted into sport facilities (golf and tennis area) in the right of the landscape. In addition, a new car park was added in front of the cafe. Turning to the other changes, fishing port locating in the bottom of the picture was demolished because of disappearance of fish market and new apartments was built instead of this space. Another major modification is that shop was transformed to modern restaurant in the west side of the city.
