The maps illustrate how Ashford has developed from 2010 to the present. Overall, there have been significant changes in road infrastructure housing over the period given. Furthermore, the yacht marine was constructed on the River Tam. In 2010, the village had one main road with one small road, running to the residental area. In order to go to the city, people moved from one riverside to another by ferry. However, at present, there is one additional road running to the yacht marine. Also, a new bridge erected that crosses Tam, but the main road remain unchainged from east to west. In the first residental area are located north east of Ashtord, while these days the houses are expanded in numbers and the housing area become larger. Another difference between maps is the appearance of yacht marine in the south. Ashtord, moreover, had also planted trees in the southwest.
