The maps illustrate that there was a noticeable change in a town between 1999 and 2000 after a hydroelectric dam was erected in 2000. Altogether, in the South mountains vanished instead of the emergence of villages and high power towers. Regarding the South, the hydroelectricity dam, hotel and lake appeared to be alternatives for almost everything in the West and East. In the Southern zone of 2000, it was noticed that mountains were absolutely flattened. Addition to this, many high power towers were constructed in the SouthEastern area and villages were moved further to get a position next to the river in the SouthernEast. Specially, high power towers were also set up near to villages. In terms of the Northern region, there were the built of a hydroelectricity dam and a lake to replace structures, forest and rare plant and animals. As well as this, hotel appeared in the place where villages used to be there. And it had a noticeable point that irrigated farmland had disappeared entirely by 2000.
