Overall, it is evident from the map that, both the plan's have landing room and the bathroom at the same position. It also show's that, second bedroom from plan one and guest room from plan two share equal square feet of space. It is clear from the plan that bathroom's share the same amenities. The position of kitchen in plan one has been replaced by master bedroom in plan two. Also, studio seating is being introduced in plan two. Plan one consists of three bedrooms whereas, plan two has two room's. It is interesting to note that plan two is much more spacious when we look at the studio seating and the studio arrangment. Bedroom 1 in plot one does not have a door it is an open bedroom. In conclusion, both the plans have the best features.
