The map below shows three possible locations for a leisure centre. 2BR6
The given map shows three possible locations for a leisure centre that is to be built by the city council. Let us discuss the first possible location A, which is near the industrial area. Location A is in proximity of the industrial area which indicates the target customers will be the people working over there. The advantage of this location is that people can enjoy the leisure facilities immediately before or after the office or working hours. Here's come the disadvantage, the surroundings might be noisy, polluted and can have heavy traffic during peak hours, which may discourage the fitness freak people to indulge in their workout. Even the children or old age people can not comfortably access the leisure centre. Location B is quite promising for the citizens of all ages, as it is in the residential area. This location is quite reliable for old age people or children or any adult, as it is in city centre. It might be bit crowded between the afternnoon and the evening time, as children may attend facilities like, swimming, dance classes, or karate classes during these hours. Location C is almost out of the city, but in the serene greens which may attract people who endures the nature and enjoy the calmness of natural surroundings. It is far from city, so one can find, no noise pollution, fresh air and beuaty of nature all along with the leisure facilities. One disadvantage for this location is that one has to pay more for transit between city are to leisure location.
