In terms of transportation, since A and B are on the same side it will be easy for both areas as it can be reached by car only. On the other hand, the greenery C is a bit far from A and B. C is separated by water, although it can be reached by car because it is also connected by a road, maybe it will be easy to go by the water. C looks to be a forest where any tourist or locals living in Location B probably go for leisure. Based on the map the Location A might not be ideal to built there as it looks extremely close to Location B, wherein it brings hazard to the people residing on the buildings or nearby location B.
