The given maps illustrate the infrastructure of the university sports courts in 1990 and now. In 1990, the area of the university for physical activities were limited to outdoor pool and to two tennis courts. The other half of the sports complex was housing a park and a parking spot for cars. Nowadays, the car park was ditched in favor of two more tennis courts and the park was replaced with the basketball ground. Before, the pool, reception, cafe and a changing room were outdoors. Now they are placed indoors and with the introduction of a massive fitness centre. Above the fitness centre, there is currently a new changing room, which was moved and expanded twofold compared to 1990. To sum it up, with the introduction of two new sports areas and a gym, the university’s sports grounds has new physical recreations for students to offer. The new sports building lets swimmers enjoy their time at any season of the year.
