The two maps show some remarkable Changes in island over the of 10 years from 1995 to 2005. In 1915, the island was Conntected with mainland by car ferry. To add to this, there was some houses on the south-west side of island. Also, two beaches was Situated on the north as well as east side of island respectively. Intrestingly, there were fewer roads to drive vehicle. Lastly, there was penguins Colony which located on the north-east Corner and Seals wos on the opposite side. In 2005, there are remarkably changes happen. Firstly, the island has now connected to the mainland by the bridge for better access. Moreover there has been tour boat to take a tour from south-west corner to the north-east corner, where seals is there. However it is seen that a large Resort has been constructed on the east side of the island, where beach is removed. The new road service has built up on the west side, also more new houses have been design for tourist. At last penguins Colony has conducted with new road. Overall, it can be seen that there have been several developments during the time which has led to good accommodation facility, better infrastructure and quicker access.
