The provided map depicts the developments that have been created between two close by regions; Meadowside Village and Fonton. The map provides such changes over three time points; 1962, 1985 and at present. Overall, there is a clear indication that extensive development plan has been carried out. The two regions witnessed a remarkable increase in their infrastructure with roads, residential areas and facilities are being constructed and developed. By now, the two regions are connected together and considered as a single piece of land. Initially in 1985, over a period of 23 years, both Meadowside village and Fonton were expanded in size and a road has been constructed to connect them. A housing estate, leisure complex and superstore were built in Meadowside village as well. At present, both regions were connected by land. More facilities were built in between, as business park, hotel and a new extension of Fonton railway supplied with a station between the two regions. Therefore, Meadowside became a suburb instead of an isolated village.
