The diagram presents the manufacturing process for instant noodles in a total of 8 steps, from storing raw materials to packaging the final product. The steps can be categorized into 2 processes: preparation and finalization.
To begin preparation, the raw flour is intricately mixed with oil and water to create a dough, which in turn, will be used to make noodles. The formed dough is passed through the rollers to make dough sheets, the sheets then follow a two step process: they are cut into dough strips, these strips can be then passed through a mold to form the noodle discs. In turn, preparing the product for finalization.
The next process involves steps to finalize the product. In order for consumption by humans the raw noodle discs are cooked in oil and then dried. These semi-cooked noodles are then loaded into cups, to which flavours are added, i. e. vegetables and spices. In the remaining stages, the cups are labeled and are sealed. Thus creating the finalized product.
