The line graphs compare the number of graduate and postgraduate students who attended four different destinations in the UK after finishing school in 2008. Overall, it can be seen that most pupils preferred further study, whereas voluntary work was the least common job type among students in that year. According to the selection of UK graduates, the students who chose further study was the highest number, with around 30, 000. Moreover, the second popular work for graduates was part-time work, and its number was over 17, 000 in 2008. In addition to this, the number of unemployed students among graduates is also nearly the same as part-time ones, and they were just under 17, 000. However, voluntary work was not very popular and only 3500 students chose this job type. Looking at the postgraduates, the destination of part-time less than further study workers, almost 400 students. Furthermore, the number of unemployed postgraduates was really low when compared to graduates ones, with 1625 students. On the other hand, 345 students who were employed in voluntary work had the smallest number in the UK in 2008.
