The line graph illustrates how many number of car thefts are took place in four different countries, thefts for per thousand vehicles. From the years 1990 to 1999. Overall, it is evident that Great Britain was experienced high car thefts among other countries. however, Sweden was experienced significant rose through the period. With regards to great Britain, the highest number of car thefts with a fluctuations from the beginning to ending of the period was nearly between the range of (19000-20000). However, in Sweden the thefts rate was 5000 cars in the starting year, and it experience a rapid increase three fold by the end of the year. In 1990, the number of car thefts in both France and Canada was approximately 7000 and around 9000 respectively. Whereas in France the theft rate was experienced a downward trend by the end of period nearly 5000, similarly, in Canada the theft rate is declined almost equal to France thefts rate by the year 1999.
