The line graph gives data about the proportion of people using the Internet in three countries-Mexico, Canada and the USA between 1999 and 2009. Overall, there was a gradual increase in the percentages of Internet users among three countries. Mexico was the lowest percentage of those who used Internet over a period of 10 years, while Canada experienced a sharp rise. In 1999, the rate of people using the Internet in the USA was about 24%, which was the highest. In the same year, the figures for that in Canada and Mexico were 10% and 5% respectively. In 2005, Internet usages in both the USA and Canada rose to around 70%, however, the figure for Mexico was over 30%. Until 2010, the percentage of Internet users surprisingly reached a peak of 100%. The figure was about 80% in the USA. On the other hand, Mexico hit a low of about 40%.
