The line graph gives information about the consumption rate of three types of fast food from 1970 to 1990.
In general, it can be seen that the consumption of hamburgers as well as fish and chips demonstrated an upward trend, whereas the opposite was true for pizzas.
As is presented in the graph, the number of people who ate pizza was the highest at the onset, peaking at over 300. However, it began to decline quite sharply and ended up at just above 200 in 1980. In comparison to pizza, the two other dishes had quite a minor start as they only attracted under 100 consumers in 1970. As time went by, there was a gradual increase in the number of individuals eating hamburgers and fish and chips, reaching nearly and above 100 sequentially in 1980.
In the mid of 1980s, pizza once again got it consumption decreased to just 200 exact but it slightly bounced back at the end of the period, going up to over 200. It is interesting to note that 1990 undergone a dramatic upsurge in the number of hamburgers and fish and chips devoured as both of these skyrocketed to approximately 300 and 500 progressively.
