The line graph descibes the figure of questions that the Tourist Information Office had received in a city from jannuary to june in 2011. It is clear from the chart that the number of enquiries which asked by telephone and by person were increase gradually while the enquiries asked by letter or email decreased from jannuary to june. In jannuary, we can see clearly that the number of questions that sent in office by people just around 400 units and it started rise dramatically to nearly 2000 units in june. By constract, enquiries posted by letter or email and by telephone took the second and the third place in the chart, respectively. However, the marked decline by letter or email from nearly 800 from 400 within 6 months while the number of enquiries by telephone increased stability over 4 months. In Aprial, it started rise from 1000 to 1600 units in just 3 months.
