Overall, it can be seen from the graph that the number of customers who contacted the Tourist Information Office by mobile and in person was a significant increase. By contrast, contacting by letter was a drop. In January, the Tourist Information Office received above 400 and about 900 enquiries through in person and the phone respectively. In the five next months, the inquiries received in person consecutively increased to approximately 1900 in June. In that same period, the volume of requests received by telephone witnessed a slight decrease to 800 in February. This figure again climbed to 1000 in March and remained unchanged in April before It was an enormous increase to 1600 in June. Nearly 750 enquiries by letter were gave to the Tourist Information Office in January. This figure was a marginal decrease by 50 in the two next months. In April and May witnessed a considerable decrease in the number of inquiries by hands-on writing, which was under 400 in May. This figure stayed stably in June.
