Subsequently, the figure experienced a sharp rise to 60%, which was the highest percentage in 2015. Regarding rates of recycling in France, there was a period of rapid decline from 50% in 2005 to 30% in 2013, but this was followed by a slight increase with 40% in 2015.
If we look at the figure for Germany, it also underwent a significant rise in the given period. In 2005, the percentage stood at 20%, after which it increased continuously until the end of the given period which was approximately 59%.
